According to the relevant privatization programs, it was planned to privatize 51.0% of the authorized capital of JSC "Mastona" and "Konvin".
Accordingly, the "UzAssets" Investment company under the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces the transfer of a share in the authorized capital of "Mastona" JSC to "Mastona Bustoni" LLC for 11.5 billion soums and a share in the authorized capital of "Konvin" JSC to "Kamhar LLC" for 4.5 billion soums.
