Taking into account the appeals of numerous potential investors interested in participating on the privatization process of the state share in "Dori Darmon" JSC, in order to successfully complete this privatization process, attract more potential applicants to carry out these processes in a more transparent and competitive environment, as well as create additional opportunities for their participation in sales processes, the State Assets Management Agency reports that the deadline for accepting applications on Expression of Interest for the sale of 51% state share in the authorized capital of "Dori Darmon" JSC was extended until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on March 5, 2023.
As previously announced, "Portfolio Investments" LLC has been attracted as a leading consultant on privatization of this asset.
All other information from the previously published Express of Interest announcement remains unchanged.
