- Land plot area of 11 acres in Kanlikul district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan with starting price of 22.1 million UZS was sold for 48.5 million UZS to construct canteen, cafeteria and trade houses.
- Land plot area of 32 acres in Navbakhor district of Navoi region with starting price of 32.4 million UZS was sold for 428 million UZS to construct a multi-storey apartments.
