• The empty canteen of Karakalpak State University in Nukus named after Berdak with an annual rent of 6.3 million UZS was leased for 391.1 million UZS.

• Selling price 5.4 billion UZS
• Land plot area 7.06 hectares
• Land plot area of 0.20 hectares in Samarkand region with starting price of 10 million UZS was sold for 351.9 million UZS for construction of resort-hotel and tourist complex.
• Land plot area of 9 acres in Karshi district with starting price of 8.3 million UZS was sold for 211.4 million UZS for construction of multi-storey apartments.
