According to the relevant notification of Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange JSC dated October 28, 2021, the general meeting of shareholders will be held on November 19 this year with the following agenda:
- Approval of the shareholders general meeting Regulation;
- Approval of quantitative and personal composition and term of authority of the counting commission;
- Approval of conducting the Year-end audit for 2021 by an audit organization in accordance with national and international auditing standards, including approval of the maximum amount of payment for audit services to verify the correctness of the calculated amount of the KPI, CPI and the percentage of their implementation;
- Approval of payment of sponsorship, charity and other free assistance for 2021.
