According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 27, 2020 No.PD-6096, 89,29% of the state share of the company was sold via stock exchange trades to JV JSC "SOLAR DIAMOND" on the terms of the installment plan for redemption payments on July 26 of the current year for 26,89 billion sums.
Currently, the share of UzSAMA in the authorized capital of the company is 80,36%.
Production and sale of fat and oil products is the main activity of the company.
The general meeting of the company is held in the conference hall of JSC "Yog'gar" at 12 Kuruvchilar street, Beruni city, Republic of Karakalpakstan, in accordance with the decision of the supervisory board meeting on october 27, 2021.
