In accordance with the Presidential Decree PD-101 dated April 8 of 2022 “On the further reforms to create conditions for sustainable economic growth by improving the business environment and development of the private sector”, in order to accelerate the privatization processes, improve the attractiveness of the investment climate and the following additional benefits for investors who acquired state assets will be created:
Extension of the procedure of payment in installments of up to three years, applied in the sale of state assets, also to the process of sale of non-agricultural land plots on the basis of the right of ownership through the auction;
Provide buyers of state assets and non-agricultural land plots sold with the condition of payment in installments, who have made a single down payment of at least 35 percent, the right to pledge these state assets and land plots as credit security.
