State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzSAMA) announces the extension of the deadline for submission of applications for the purchase of a 99,7 % stake in the authorized capital of JSC “Kokand Biochemical”, set in the Announcement dated January 7, 2021 until 18:00 of March 15, 2022 by Tashkent time.
This extension is aimed at ensuring a more transparent and competitive sale process, as well as providing Bidders with further opportunities to participate in the process.
