There is a growing interest in acquiring state property, land plots for doing business through the “E-auksion” electronic trading platform.
Today, an uncompromising competition on the basis of mutual competition took place among five participants on buildings and structures, put up for an online auction by the Tashkent territorial administration of the State Assets Management Agency.
State property with a starting price of 75.6 billion soums was sold at an auction lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes, with a 13-step price increase for 124 billion soums.
The winner of the auction was “XAMKOR INSHAAT” LLC.
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan dated May 20, 2021, this state asset was put up for auction on the “E-auksion” electronic trading platform.
