There is a growing interest in acquiring state property, land plots for doing business through the “E-auksion” electronic trading platform.
Today, an uncompromising competition on the basis of mutual competition took place among three participants on buildings and structures of “Aggregatny Zavod” JSC and its subsidiary “Aggregatny Avtokomplekt” LLC, put up for an online auction by the State Assets Management Agency.
State property with a starting price of 130.5 billion soums was sold at an auction lasting 1 hour, with a 12-step price increase for 208.7 billion soums.
The winner of the auction was “Build Power” LLC.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 24, 2021 No. PD-7, this state asset was put up for auction on the “E-auksion” electronic trading platform.
This facility was put up for auction in connection with the relocation of the production facilities of state-owned enterprises to the territory of “Chirchik Plant of Agricultural Machinery” JSC in Chirchik, and the proceeds from the sale will be aimly used to relocate these enterprises, build and modernize new buildings and structures.
