In accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Assets Management" and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № DP-101 dated 24 March 2023, the territorial department of Tashkent region of the State Assets Management Agency announces a competition to recommend a candidate for the position of Director of "BEKOBODYOLINDUSTRIYA" LLC in the city of Bekabad, Tashkent region. Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and citizens of foreign countries may participate in the competition.

Qualification requirements for the selection of candidates for the position of director of the company

I. General requirements to candidates:

• To have higher education in economic, technical, engineering-economic, road construction or legal speciality;
• have at least 1 (one) year of experience in managerial positions, including in the field of production of construction products, road construction (director, deputy director, chief engineer, chief mechanic, head of department/shop);
• persons with experience in using technological and automated, including equipment for the production of construction products, road construction equipment;
• have knowledge of applying modern market skills and forms of labour organisation and efficient use of production facilities;
• persons who have no criminal record expunged for an economic or agricultural offence or for an offence against administrative order;
• no criminal record for economic, agricultural and/or administrative offences;
• persons who did not exercise the functions of the executive body on their own or were not members of the collegial executive body at the time of the recognition of the legal entity as bankrupt and the expiration of two years from the date of recognition;
• have a high culture of behaviour, discipline, demanding and principled.

II. Language skills:

For residents:

Uzbek language - free communication, Russian, English and/or German languages are welcome.

For non-residents:

Russian language - free communication, Uzbek, English and/or German - welcome.

III. Computer literacy:

MS Office (Word, Excel) - confident user.

Job Duties:

• To manage the current activities of the company, to ensure its efficient and stable - permanent and profitable operation;
• Organise the development of business plans and development programmes of the company and manage the work on control over their unconditional implementation;
• Improve the financial and economic situation of the company, take measures to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations;
• To develop and modernise production within the company;
• Ensure safe working conditions for employees and social protection guarantees;
• Timely execution of taxes and other payments to the state budget, state target funds, salaries and dividends, as well as fulfilment of the main parameters of the business plan;
• Strict compliance with the requirements of the current legislation and internal regulatory documents of the Company.

Main working conditions:

1. Working hours: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. Permanent.
2. Formalised in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Salary: In accordance with the staff table with bonuses paid based on the rules of the society and market mechanisms (including KPI results).

Main condition of the competition:

In case of the same number of points received by the candidates, preference is given to the foreign manager.

The duration of the competition is held within 5 working days after the end of receipt of documents for the competition.

Competitive offers and documents are submitted in closed envelopes, the application of the candidate participating in the competition is attached to the upper part of the envelope.

The address for receipt of documents is the building of the territorial department of the Tashkent region of the State Assets Management Agency, Nurafshon, Nurafshon city, Tashkent region, Republic of Uzbekistan.

Deadline for submission of bids: 29 April 2024, 18:00.

Proposals sent after this deadline will not be included in the competition.
