In order to determine the market value of shares in accordance with the requirements of the Unified National Standard for Property Valuation, the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces the selection of professional valuation organizations that have the right to carry out evaluation activities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The commercial offer must meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference, as well as the Regulation for determining the value and payment of services to valuation companies (registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 10, 2010 No. 2152).
