1. The first stage of selling process of empty building and facilities located at the address Tashkent, district, S. Mashkhadiy street, house 210 has been completed. By the relevant decision of the State Tender Commission, was approved the list of participants succeeded in the second stage of the sale process for these state assets.

Commercial proposals in terms of price, payment period and solvency of the applicants passing to the second stage of the sale process will be accepted until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on March 9, 2022 through the electronic trading platform “E-auksion”.

2. Commercial proposals submitted by the participants of the second stage of sales for the administrative and warehouse buildings of the former “Markaz Ulgurji Savdo Invest” LLC, buildings and structures of the “Charvak Oromgohi” and “Chatkal Oromgohi” recreation areas through the “E-auksion” electronic trading platform were considered by the State Tender Commission and it was decided to:

conduct additional negotiations with applicants for the administrative and warehouse buildings of the former “Markaz Ulgurji Savdo Invest” LLC, the “Charvak Oromgohi” recreation area to improve conditions and the purchase price, as well as provide other documents confirming solvency;

suspend and reorganize of the sales of “Chatkal Oromgohi” buildings and structures due to insufficient number of applications to determine the winner of the sale at the second stage of the sales or to continue the trading process.

All applicants who have participated in the first stage of the sale process of empty buildings and structures located at the address Tashkent, Yashnabad district, S. Mashkhadiy street, house 210, as well as in the second stage of the sale process of 3 state assets will be sent a separate formal notification by the Working Body.
