In accordance with the Presidential Decree PD-101 dated April 8 of 2022 “On the further reforms to create conditions for sustainable economic growth by improving the business environment and development of the private sector”, the effectiveness, duty and responsibility of the management of economic companies with the state share of 50 percent or more and the state unitary enterprises is increasing. Specifically,
the person appointed (reappointed) as the head of the executive body cannot be the head of the executive body for more than two consecutive terms;
the Strategy and Investment Committee, the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Anti-Corruption and Ethics Committee shall be formed from the members of the Supervisory Board;
The performance of the elected members to the State Share Supervisory Board shall be evaluated based on the effective organization of transformation processes at the company, optimization of the company's external debt, implementation of a modern procurement system, compliance with the requirements stipulated by this Decree, and the attraction of alternative funds for the financing of investment projects.
