The State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzSAMA) announces the extension of the deadline for application submission for expression of interest in the privatization process of a 99,02% shares in the authorized capital of JSC “Fargonaazot”, announced on December 10, 2021 till 18:00 of March 17, 2022 (Tashkent time).

At the same time, UzSAMA has already received a significant number of expressions of interest to date and it is expected that the additional time will increase the competitiveness and transparency of the process, as well as attract additional potential investors.

All other information about the application process published in the December 10, 2021 announcement remains unchanged.
