The first and second stages of the sales process of the state's shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches offered for public auction has been completed, and the State Commission for Privatization of State Assets and Coordination of Privatization Processes has made the relevant decision. According to the decision:
- The list of applicants who passed to the second stage of the sales process in the following 1 property complex of grain enterprises' branches was approved and commercial offers (on purchase price, payment term and solvency) from these applicants will be accepted until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on October 31, 2023 through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion";
- The deadline for accepting proposals from applicants at the first stage of tender in the following 5 grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches has been extended for 15 days due to the lack of competitive environment in the sales process.
Individual notifications will be sent by the Working Body to all applicants who participated in the first stage of the sales process for these state assets.
In addition, considering that for the following 35 state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches there were no proposals for participation in the auctions, no winner was determined at the first and second stages of the auction, as well as an insufficient number of proposals were received to continue the sales process, these assets are put up for repeated public sales.
Meanwhile, the following 9 state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches are announced to be put up for public sales.
Applicants wishing to participate in the public sales of these state assets can submit their proposals through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion".
