In accordance with the relevant privatization program, the State Assets Management Agency in order to attract a Consultant and an independent valuation organization for the sale of 51.0% shares in the authorized capital of JSC “Bektemir-Alcohol Experimental Zavody”, announces the following.
During the selection processes, proposals were received from professional organizations, including in the form of a consortium, and considered their financial proposals, experience in this area, qualifications and approaches to the performance of relevant tasks.
In this regard, a consortium of firms Abrau Capital and Centil was selected as a Consultant for privatization, as well as Baholash va Konsulting Markazi for valuation works.
The State Assets Management Agency together with the professional organizations will engage to take all necessary measures for transparent and successful sale of the asset.
