I. According to the announcements of the State Assets Management Agency dated August 7 this year, on the beginning of the sales process of 100% state share in the authorized capitals of LLC “ Avtokomponent” and LLC “Avto Climate Control”, the following is reported.

State Assets Management Agency, based on the suggestion of the Consultant “Portfolio Investments”, in order to attract more potential investors, to create an additional opportunity to prepare the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of this sales stage, as well as to conduct the sales process in a competitive environment, informs about the extension of the deadline for receipt of applications for Expression of Interest in the purchase of the state shares in LLC “Avto Climate Control” and LLC “ Avtokomponent” until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on October 10, 2024.

All other information of the previously published announcements on the beginning of the stage of Expression of Interest in the purchase of the Assets remains unchanged.

II. According to the announcement published by the State Assets Management Agency on July 22 this year, the privatization process of 100% state share in the authorized capital of LLC “Uzinjiniring” respublika loyiha instituti” (hereinafter - the "Asset") has started.

In its turn, the company “Abrau Capital” (hereinafter - the “Consultant”) was attracted as a privatization consultant to carry out the privatization process of the Asset based on the best international practices.

According to the information provided earlier, as part of the process of accepting proposals from applicants for the acquisition of the Asset, the Consultant has received Expression of Interest applications from 3 international and local investors until August 22, 2024 and these applicants have been advanced to the next stage.

Based on the information provided by the Consultant, 2 applicants advanced to the next stage refused to participate in the sales process.

Based on the Consultant's recommendation, in order to ensure a competitive environment in the sales process, the State Assets Management Agency informs all interested parties and potential investors about the extension of the deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the Asset until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on October 8, 2024.

All other information of the previously published announcement on the beginning of the stage of Expression of Interest in the purchase of the Asset remains unchanged.

The State Assets Management Agency will provide additional information to the public on each stage of these privatization processes.
