On February 28, 2023 the telegram channel "KorpInfo" published a post containing information regarding the ownership of a block of shares of the Company by the current Chairman of the Board of "Almalyk MMC" JSC A.Khursanov.

"Almalyk MMC" JSC hereby officially informs that this information does not correspond to reality.

So, according to article 106 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About joint stock companies and protection of shareholders' rights" and article 44 of the Law "About securities market" Almalyk MMC JSC discloses information about holders of shares in the order, established by legislation, on corporate web sites and a Single portal of corporate information (open.info.uz) in time.

At the present time the authorized capital of the Almalyk MMC JSC is 2 407 168.30 mln UZS, of which 98.54% are common shares owned by the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan and 1.46% are preference shares owned by 22 453 individuals and legal entities.

A.Khursanov has been the Chairman of the Board of Almalyk MMC JSC since July, 2018. Almalyk MMC JSC responsibly declares that prior to his appointment to this position and to the present time A.Khursanov did not own and does not own any shares of Almalyk MMC JSC.

In addition, be warned that according to article 40 of the Code "On administrative responsibility" of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, spreading deliberately false and shameful information about the individuals is an administrative and criminal responsibility.
