The State Assets Management Agency informs about the sale of Ankhor Sayli recreation area (former "Aziz" and "Kazbek") in Koronkul village of Bostanlyk district in Tashkent region with the starting price of 37 billion UZS through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion" for 61 billion UZS.
"Impower trading" LLC was declared the winner of this online auction held on March 6, 2023.
This auction was held among 5 participants and the offered price was 24 billion UZS more than the starting price.
For reference, this state asset has 1.9 hectares of land plots and 3,831 square meters of buildings and structures.
