Today was held a "Roadshow" on state assets to be privatized in Bukhara region, including state shares in enterprises, empty state facilities, and land plots put up for sale.
The event was attended by representatives of the local khokimiyats, large enterprises of the region, and more than 100 entrepreneurs. employees of UzSAMA conducted a "master class" on the use of the electronic trading platform "E-auksion" and explained in detail, both theoretically and practically, the procedures for opening a personal account on the platform, obtaining an electronic signature online, and participating in the auction.
Currently, in Bukhara region, 27 state assets, such as the 100 percent state shares of "Professional management organization for the repair of Kogon houses" LLC and "Unfinished compressor station for injection of compressed gas into car" are at public trade. 20 real estate objects, 7 state shares with an initial value of 180.4 billion soums and empty land plots in 1,896 lots on an area of 124.6 hectares with a total value of 65.4 billion soums (149 with ownership rights for 11.1 billion soums, 1,747 with lease rights for 54.3 billion soums) are put on the electronic trading platform.
Attendees were also explained the procedure for privatization of non-agricultural land plots that previously belonged to them on the right of permanent use or lifetime ownership.
The participants of the “Roadshow” were familiarized with state assets offered and planned for putting up for sale at the public sales in accordance with the privatization programs, in particular with large assets, recreation zones, administrative and industrial buildings, and land plots.
The “Roadshow” was held at a high level, full of questions and answers. During the event, Head of department for privatization of state assets of UzSAMA Jamshid Juraev and other responsible regional executives answered a number of questions from participants and media representatives.
It should be noted that the current event is planned to be held in all cities and districts of the region.
