According to the relevant privatization programs, Rothschild was attracted as a professional consultant to develop the privatization strategy of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and a trilateral agreement was signed between the State Assets Management Agency, Rothschild and Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

Under this agreement, the consultant will conduct an analysis of the oil and gas industry, including the economic, financial and tax activities of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, and based on its results will develop a privatization strategy for the company.
