According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from September 12, 2019 №765 "On measures to organize the activities of court administrators", and the Regulation on the procedure for certification ( re-certification) of court administrators and issuing qualification certificates, the State Assets Management Agency organized the certification of court administrators on September 29-30 of this year.
Applications for participation in the testing, which lasted 60 minutes and included 50 questions, were received from 52 applicants for the qualification certificate. Of these, 28 applicants successfully passed the test, 17 did not pass, 6 did not participate, and 1 applicant was denied access to testing due to incomplete submission of relevant documents.
