The Order of the Director of the State Assets Management Agency No. 56 dated 13 February 2024 "On Approval of the Regulation on the procedure of placement of empty state properties up to 2000 square metres in electronic online auctions for privatisation or lease on the basis of online applications of individuals" was registered by the Ministry of Justice under No. 3503 on 18 March 2024.
According to the Regulation, the following are defined:
- Individuals submit an online application through the information system "State Property" of UzSAMA to put up for electronic online auctions the empty state property defined by them with an area of up to 2,000 square metres;
- On-site investigation of the property specified in the online application by employees of the Centre for the effective use of state property under UzSAMA;
- Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made on considering the issue of refusal to release an object of state property specified in an online application at electronic online auctions or on considering the issue of releasing it to electronic online auctions for lease or privatization and is sent to individuals via SMS;
- It has been established that the lot numbers of empty state property put up for sale at electronic online auctions for privatization or lease, according to their online applications, will be sent via SMS messages.
