According to the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated July 22 of this year, on the beginning of the sales process of 61,6% state share in the authorized capital of "ToshuyjoyLITI" JSC, the following is reported.
The State Assets Management Agency, based on the suggestion of the privatization consultant "Abrau Capital", in order to ensure a competitive environment in these sales processes, informs all interested parties and potential investors about the extension of the deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in the "ToshuyjoyLITI" JSC until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on September 23, 2024.
