In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated 18 September this year on the stage of acceptance of Binding Offers (BO) of the privatisation process of the state share in LLC "Qizilkum Fosforit Kompleksi" (hereinafter - the Company) the following is reported.
In accordance with the requests of the applicants participating in this stage about the need for additional time for preparation of Binding Offers (BO), as well as according to the recommendation of the international consultant "Orion Capital Advisory", the State Assets Management Agency announces the extension of the deadline for acceptance of binding offers (BO) for purchase price for the acquisition of the state share of the Company until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 29 September 2023.
The extension of the deadline for accepting binding offers is intended at providing an opportunity for all applicants to analyze the Company's business and financial activities in more depth and prepare offers, as well as to conduct the sales process in a more competitive environment.
All other information of the previously published announcement on the Binding Offer (BO) stage of the Company's privatisation process remains unchanged.
