JSC "UzAssets" Investment Company under the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces a selection process of Privatization Consultants of assets, subject to privatization in accordance with the Presidential Decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan PD-6167 dated February 11, 2021 and PD-6273 dated July 30, 2021.

We request all interested bidders to submit commercial proposals according to the published requests for proposals (RFPs) no later than 18:00 on September 29, 2021 (Tashkent time).

The Consultant is expected to provide all required consultations and services for the privatization of the Assets. Requests for proposals are attached below, which define the requirements for the Consultant and the structure of his proposal.

Consultants for the provision of the full amount of services can join a consortium or submit joint proposals.

If the Consortium submits an application, please provide a Consortium Agreement. In case of joint submission of applications, the leading Consultant must be indicated, who also coordinates and is responsible for the work of the involved consultant-partner.
