The State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UzSAMA), considering ongoing turbulence on international commodity markets, informs all interested parties and potential investors about extension of application submission period for expression of interest to purchase 99,02 % of shares in the authorized capital of JSC “Ferganaazot” until 22 April 2022 (18-00 Tashkent time).
The UzSAMA expects the extension provides to all interested parties and potential investors better opportunity to assess new macroeconomic environment and properly prepare for the process. The extension also allows new investors to participate, ensuring higher competitiveness and transparency of the proposed deal.
