In accordance with the relevant privatization programs, the Tashkent territorial department of the State Assets Management Agency put up for sale buildings and strucures with 0.3214 hectares on Yakhyo Gulomov street of Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent. The sales are held in the form of electronic online auction through electronic trading platform "E-auksion".
The total area of buildings and structures located on the area is 3157 square meters. The object is connected to electricity, gas, water and sewage.
The starting price of the asset is 30.7 billion soums. Applications will be accepted till 09:00 May 16 this year. The auction will be held at 10:00 on May 16 this year.
This state asset was put up for auction in connection due to relocation of the relevant system organizations of the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan to modern buildings and structures under construction through the implementation of investment projects on the territory of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies (IT-Park), located in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent and the proceeds from the sale will go to the construction of these buildings and structures.
