In the framework of the II Uzbekistan Economic Forum, on November 4 this year in the Samarkand a commercial contract was signed with Deloitte.
As known, according to the relevant privatization program, the State Assets Management Agency had published an announcement on attracting a professional consulting company to develop a strategy for the privatization of "Uzbekistan airways" JSC.
During the selection process, 13 proposals were received from professional organizations, including in the form of a consortium, and their financial proposals, work experience in the field, qualifications and approaches to the relevant tasks were considered. Accordingly, as a result of the selection process, Deloitte was selected the winner of the competition as a privatization consultant.
