The first and second stages of the sales process of the state's shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches offered for public auction has been completed, and the State Commission for Privatization of State Assets and Coordination of Privatization Processes has made the relevant decision.

According to the decision:

• The list of applicants who passed to the second stage of the sales process in the following 8 property complex of grain enterprises' branches was approved and commercial offers (on purchase price, payment term and solvency) from these applicants will be accepted until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on May 20, 2024 through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion";
• 51.0% state block of shares in the authorized capital of "Fargonadonmahsulotlari" JSC was sold to Agrocomplex Nashe Zerno LLC, which offered the best commercial offer, with the terms of payment of the purchase price in the amount of 40 billion UZS, maintaining the main activity of the asset for at least five years and not reducing the existing capacity of grain storage facilities, as well as preserving the volume of grain stored in the state reserve, in accordance with the legislation in exchange for payment of duties on the basis of contracts.

In addition, due to the fact that no winners were determined for the following state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of branches of grain enterprises at the first and second stages of the sales and no offers were received for participation in the sales, these assets are put up for repeated sales.

In turn, when considering price offers for the state share in grain enterprises and property complexes of branches of grain enterprises, taken into account by the State Privatisation Commission as a benchmark, a mechanism of gradual reduction of the recommended appraised value down to 50% was introduced.

Also, the recommended appraised value of these assets is taken into account with a reduction of 50%.
