We would like to provide a brief report on the work carried out in 2023 through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion", its results and current topics.
During the reporting period, 336,538 lots with a total value of 19.7 trillion soums were placed on the e-trading platform.
In particular, privatization and leasing of state property and enterprises with state participation, non-agricultural land plots;
Long-term leasing of agricultural land to citizens for farming and legal entities;
Leasing of mobile trading facilities to business entities;
Electronic online auctions and tenders for the sale of property and private orders were organized on the basis of enforcement documents.
302,490 lots with a starting price of 8.4 trillion soums were sold for 11.9 trillion soums or 3.5 trillion soums more expensive than the starting price. In particular:
- 1,953 state assets worth 3 trillion 745 billion soums, realized for 4 trillion 259 billion soums;
- 13,112 land plots worth 782 billion soums, realized for 1 trillion 223 billion soums
- 10,663 leases of state property worth 162 billion soums for 321 billion soums;
- Property under 3,213 enforcement documents worth 1 trillion soums, for 1 trillion 251 billion soums;
- Right to use 332 subsoil plots and riverbed cleaning worth 34 billion soums, for 158 billion soums;
- 17,077 mobile trading points worth 4.2 billion soums, for 28 billion soums.
In addition, during 2023, according to the new procedure, 249,617 agricultural lands with a normative value of 1 trillion 915 billion soums were leased through electronic sales with the obligation to make additional payment to the local budget in the amount of 3 trillion 791 billion soums.
In 2023, the electronic trading platform "E-auksion" was visited by 4 million 853 thousand users, and 799 049 individuals and legal entities took part in the conducted electronic auctions and tenders.
According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. DP-101 dated March 24, 2023 and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 526 the electronic trading store "E-auksionshop" has been created, and the sale of property taken into the state income is carried out on the basis of simplified auction principles. In this e-shop private owners also have the opportunity to sell their property.
