According to the results of the international tender held by the State Assets Management Agency together with the World Bank in the framework of the "Institutional Capacity Building (IBL)" project on attracting independent members with international experience to the supervisory boards of large enterprises with state participation and forming a pool of "Top 100" qualified and potential managers for appointment to the executive body, the consulting company "Strikitsa Consulting Ltd." from Great Britain was attracted.
In accordance with the Presidential Decree No. PD-6096 dated October 27, 2020, it is noted that at least 30 percent of supervisory boards and the management of enterprises should be headed by qualified international specialists by actively attracting foreign professionals in this sphere (including compatriots) to supervisory boards and the management of enterprises on the basis of international tender.
Accordingly, the World Bank announced an international tender to attract a professional consulting company for the implementation of this task on the basis of international best practices.
In this tender process were received proposals from 4 international professional consulting companies, including in the form of a consortium, and based on their experience in the field, qualifications, approaches for implementing the tasks set, as well as financial proposals, the proposal submitted by the consulting company "Strikitsa Consulting" Ltd was considered the best.
This international Headhunter company will analyze the analytical data of the enterprises and based on the analysis of supervisory board composition will attract professional specialists in the sphere as independent members of supervisory boards.

These tasks are aimed to improve the effectiveness of the supervisory boards of enterprises with state participation.
