According to the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated May 27 this year, on the beginning of the sale process of 100% state share in LLC "InterHotel", the following is reported.
The State Assets Management Agency, taking into account the requests of numerous potential investors, based on the recommendation of the privatization consultant Deloitte, in order to provide potential investors with an additional opportunity to thoroughly study the asset and prepare the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of this sale stage, as well as to conduct the sale process in a transparent and competitive environment, announces the extension of the deadline for accepting Express of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in LLC "InterHotel" until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on July 15, 2024.
