The first stage of the public sale of a number of state assets put up for sale by the State Assets Management Agency has been completed.
In accordance with the relevant decision of the State Tender Commission, the list of applicants passing to the second stage of the public sale of Unused buildings and constructures at the address: Tashkent city, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Shahriabad street, building 53, as well as administrative and office buildings and facilities of the former "Сenter wholesale trade invest" LLC at the address: Tashkent city, Mirobod district, Oltinkul 2-tor street.
Proposals in terms of the price, payment period and payable ability of the applicants passing to the second stage of the sale process will be accepted until 17:00 (Tashkent time) on 10 January 2022.
At the same time, we inform that in accordance with a joint appeal of the editorial boards of several central newspapers and magazines and the relevant decision of the State Tender Commission, the sale of the Administrative Building (House of Press) has been suspended.
All applicants who have participated in the first stage of the sale process of these state assets will be sent individual formal notifications by the Working Body.
