In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated September 14 of this year on the stage of non-binding offers acceptance (NBO) of the privatization process of "Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace Hotel" (hereinafter - the Hotel), the following is reported.
In accordance with the appeals of many applicants, participating in this stage, and with recommendation of international privatization consultant KPMG, State Asset Management Agency announces the extension of the deadline for accepting non-binding offers (NBO) on the purchase price of the Hotel until 18:00 (on Tashkent time) on October 14, 2022.
The extension of the deadline for accepting non-binding offers is intended to create an opportunity for all applicants to more deeply examine the business and financial performance of the Hotel and to prepare proposals, as well as to conduct the sales process in a more competitive environment.
All other information from the previously published announcement about the non-binding offers (NBO) stage remains unchanged.
