According to the relevant privatization programs, as well as the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency to attract a professional consulting company to the privatization process of 100% state share in the authorized capital of "Qizilqum Fosforit Kompleksi" LLC, the following is reported.
During the selection process, proposals from 5 local and international professional consulting companies were received, and their financial offers, experience in the relevant field, qualification in analyzing the market of phosphate concentrate and phosphate powder production, as well as the approaches for performing the relevant tasks were considered.
Accordingly, as a result of the selection process, the international consulting company Orion Capital Group, which presented the highest level of projects in this field, the qualification of the professional team involved in the project and the most acceptable price offer, was appointed as the privatization consultant.
State Assets Management Agency together with the international company Orion Capital Group will take all necessary measures to organize an open and transparent privatization process in accordance with international standards, as well as provide information to the public on each stage of the process.
