In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated November 3 of this year on attracting a professional consulting company for privatization of 100% state share in the authorized capital of "Qizilkum Fosforit Kompleksi" LLC, the following is reported.
According to the appeals of interested professional consulting companies, in order to create additional opportunities for their professional preparation, to conduct these processes in a more transparent and competitive environment, as well as to attract additional applicants with a high potential, the State Assets Management Agency announces the extension of the deadline for accepting proposals from professional consulting companies until 18:00 (on Tashkent time) on 22 November 2022.
All other information of the previously published Request for Proposal (RfP) to attract a professional consulting company for the privatization of "Qizilkum Fosforit Kompleksi" LLC remains unchanged.
