The State Assets Management Agency, in order to provide potential investors involved in the privatization process with the opportunity to thoroughly study the asset and conduct the sale process in a transparent and competitive environment, as well as to attract additional investors, informs that the deadline for expression of interest in the sale of 51% stake in the authorized capital of "Dori-Darmon" JSC is extended until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on November 15, 2022.
As was informed earlier, Portfolio Investments LLC was attracted as the leading consultant on the privatization of "Dori-Darmon" JSC.
All other information published in the previous expression of interest announcement remains unchanged.
