In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency on August 19 of this year, on the acceptance of Non-Binding Offers (NBO) for the purchase of the state share in the “International” Hotel (hereinafter - the Hotel) until September 13 of this year, the following is reported:
According to the requests of potential investors to provide additional time for a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic activities and technical condition of the asset in the preparation of a non-binding commercial offers, as well as based on the recommendation of the consultant on privatization Deloitte, all applicants are informed about the extension of the deadline for receipt of Non-Binding Offers (NBO) for the purchase of the Hotel until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on September 26 of the current year.
All other information of the previously published announcement about the stage of acceptance of Non-Binding Offers (NBO) remains unchanged.
