According to the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency on November 24 of this year on the sales process of 100% state shares in the authorized capital of "Chinaz petroleum refinery plant" LLC, the following is reported.
In order to provide potential investors, participating in the privatization process, with additional opportunities for detailed analysis of the asset and carry out the sales process in a transparent and competitive environment, as well as to attract additional investors, the State Assets Management Agency announces about the extension of the deadline on accepting Express of Interest applications to purchase state shares in the authorized capital of "Chinaz petroleum refinery plant" LLC until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 12 January, 2023.
As previously reported, company Mosaic Financial have been attracted as a privatization consultant of the Agency on this asset.
