According to the announcement of the State Assets Agency dated July 17 of this year, on the beginning of the sales process of 100% state share in the authorized capital of LLC “Uz-Koram Company”, the following is reported.
The State Assets Management Agency, taking into account the requests of numerous potential investors, based on the suggestion of the privatization consultant Portfolio Investments, in order to provide potential investors with an additional opportunity to thoroughly study the asset and prepare the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements of this stage of the sale, as well as to conduct the sale process in a more transparent and competitive environment, announces the extension of the deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in the LLC “Uz-Koram Company” until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on September 4, 2024.
