As previously reported, a new version of the Unified National Valuation Standard (hereinafter - UNVS) has been developed, providing a unified approach to valuation, taking into account the market conditions, based on generally recognized international valuation standards (IVS, EVS, USPAP, RICS, etc.), and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 28, 2023 (registration number 3487) and has come into operation on January 1, 2024.

Accordingly, in order to effectively organize and explain the essence and meaning of the UNVS to the public, it is planned to hold a seminar (online and offline) on "The essence and meaning of the Unified National Valuation Standard" on February 28, 2023 at 11:00 am in the building of UzSAMA (Tashkent, Amir Temur Avenue, 6).

In this regard, in order to develop an independent and impartial appraisal system, as well as to improve the professional level and quality of appraisal services, responsible officers of relevant ministries and departments involved in appraisal activities, employees of the central office and territorial departments of the State Assets Agency, as well as representatives of appraisal organizations and professional public associations of appraisal organizations are invited to participate in this seminar.
