As previously reported, the second stage of sales of the 58.06% state share in the authorized fund of LLC "Turtkuldonmahsulotlari" was held, and according to the relevant decision of the State Commission on privatization of state assets and coordination of privatization processes, LLC "Ilyosbek Nilufar Bexruz" who presented the best commercial offer for this asset was declared the winner of the sales with the conditions of payment of the purchase price in the amount of 14.0 billion UZS, preservation of the main activity of the asset for at least five years and not reducing the existing capacity of grain storage facilities, as well as preservation of the volume of grain stored in the state reserve in accordance with the legislation in exchange for payment of duties on the basis of contracts.
The State Assets Management Agency thanks all applicants who participated in the sale process for the purchase of this state asset.
Individual notifications will be sent by the Working Body to all applicants who participated in the sales process for this state asset.
In its turn, it is worth noting that when considering price offers for the state share in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches, taken into account by the State Commission on Privatization as a benchmark, a mechanism of gradual reduction of the recommended appraised value to 50% was introduced.
In addition, considering that for the following state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises' branches there were no proposals for participation in the auctions, as well as an insufficient number of proposals were received to continue the sales process, these assets are put up for repeated public sales.
