According to the relevant privatization program, the privatization of a 100 percent state share in the authorized capital of "Dehkanabad Potash Plant" JSC (hereinafter – Company) has been established.

Also, in order to successfully organize the privatization processes and further increase the investment attractiveness of the company, it was decided to assess mineral resources (reserves) Tubegatan potash salt bases of the Company in accordance with internationally recognized standards JORC-2012.

Accordingly, the international engineering company "DMT group" (Germany) was involved in the methodological support of the evaluation of the Tyubegatan deposits of the Company's potash salt bases in accordance with the JORC-2012 standards.

In accordance with the terms of reference developed by UzSAMA together with the international engineering company "DMT group", a tender was announced in the trading system for the electronic tender and tender "UzEx tender" to attract an engineering company to perform exploration work on the assessment of mineral resources and reserves, as well as the development of technical and economic foundations of developments in accordance with the requirements the JORC-2012 Code.
