At the first stage of sales for state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes of grain enterprises branches privatized within the framework of implementation of the Presidential Decree No. PD-168 dated March 18, 2022, electronic proposals from applicants were accepted through the electronic trading platform “E-auksion”.

According to this, on June 8 this year at 16:00 in the State Assets Management Agency will be opened the electronic proposals of applicants for the first stage of sale process of state assets, for which a sufficient number of proposals have been formed for consideration.

Members of the State Commission for Privatisation of State Assets and Coordination of Privatisation Processes (hereinafter - State Commission for Privatisation), applicants and mass media representatives are invited to participate in this process, also, for applicants who will not be able to participate personally, the possibility of participation via videoconference is created.

The Working Body sent an individual notification to each applicant who submitted an offer at the first stage of the sales process for state assets.

The Working body prepares its report and submits it for consideration to the State Commission for Privatization, and information on the results of the first stage is published by UzSAMA in accordance with the established procedure.

Meanwhile, the process of accepting proposals through the electronic trading platform "E-auksion" for the state shares in grain enterprises and property complexes in grain enterprise branches, for which at the first stage of sales proposals have been received by the only applicant and have not been received at all, extended for a period of 15 days.
