In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers on October 4, 2022 № 564 "On amendments and additions to some decrees of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at improving the system of public services for assigning categories to appraisers", now:
- Appraisers submit applications (packages of documents) for a category certificate through Centers of state services or through the Unified portal of interactive state services at the territories;
- The State Assets Management Agency requests relevant information about applicants through an electronic system integrated with ministries and agencies;
- for applicants applying for the first time to obtain the category of appraiser, the requirement to have expert assessments of the appraisal reports does not apply;
- if it is established that the applicants have not submitted a complete set of documents, they are given the opportunity to correct the deficiencies and re-submit the missing documents within ten working days;
- in order to eliminate the bureaucratic hurdles and reduce the paperwork when assigning the categories to appraisers, the certificates of categories are issued through public services.
