The State Assets Management Agency announces a competition to recommend a candidate for the position of General Director of Ohangaronshifer JSC in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and citizens of foreign countries can participate in this competition.
Qualification requirements for the selection of candidates for the General Director of the Company
I. General requirements for candidates:
- have higher economic, technical or engineering-economic education or legal specialization;
- not less than 3 (three) years of work experience in managerial (director, deputy director, chief engineer, chief mechanic, head of department/workshop, etc.) positions, including in the sphere of production of construction materials;
- individuals with experience in the use of technological and automated equipment, including in the production of slate;
- availability of modern market skills and knowledge aimed at efficient organization of work and use of production facilities;
- no criminal record for crimes in the field of economy and/or management;
- individuals, who did not act as the executive body solely or were not members of the collegial executive body at the time of declaring a legal entity bankrupt and after two years after the declaration of bankruptcy;
- have a high culture of treatment, discipline, insistence and adherence to principle.
II. Language Skills:
For residents:
Uzbek - fluent communication, Russian, English and/or German - welcome.
For non-residents:
Russian - free communication, Uzbek, English and/or German - welcome.
III. Computer skills:
MS Office - confident use.
Job duties:
- Management of the current activity of the company, ensuring its effective and stable activity aimed at profit;
- Organization of working out business-plans and programs of the company's development and control of their unconditional realization;
- Improvement of financial and economic position of the company, taking measures to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Development and modernization of the Company's production, as well as earning profits;
- Ensuring safe working conditions for employees and social security guarantees;
- Timely execution of taxes and other payments to the state budget, state trust funds, wages and dividends, as well as meeting the basic parameters of the business plan;
- Strict compliance with the requirements of current legislation and internal regulations of the company.
Basic Working Conditions:
Work schedule: 5/2, from 8:00 to 18:00. Permanent.
Formed in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Salary: In accordance with the state tariff, taking into account bonuses paid on the basis of the Charter of the company and market mechanisms (including the results of KPI).
Main condition of selection:
If candidates score the same number of points, priority is given to the foreign manager.
